Shipping policy

We are a small business and do our best to process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Delivery estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and delays are outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after label creation.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
Moss & Barrier is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Moss & Barrier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first.
We are happy to assist where possible and may help provide tracking information or documentation for carrier claims.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Moss & Barrier only ships within the United States.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to add other countries soon!
