Returns
We currently accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Opened Products
Because skincare products are considered personal care items, we generally cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
